MADE IN BED proudly introduces our newest Reviews Co-Editor, Amelia Holdsworth!
Amelia is a postgraduate Art Business student at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, having previously completed a BA in History of Art and Comparative Literature at Royal Holloway, University of London. Her academic work is grounded in critical theory and close visual analysis, with a particular interest in how contemporary art engages with questions of identity, memory, power, and cultural exchange. Alongside her studies, Amelia has gained hands-on experience across galleries and cultural institutions, including the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea and London Art Fair.
As Reviews Column Co-Editor, Amelia explores exhibitions across London with a focus on emerging artists and independent spaces. Her writing makes art criticism accessible and intellectually engaging while offering research-led reflections that place new work within wider artistic and social conversations. Passionate about traveling, Amelia frequently draws on her experiences of international cultures and global art scenes to inform her critical perspective; her work seeks to encourage conversations around contemporary art and discover new emerging artists' work.
