MADE IN BED proudly introduces our newest Editor-in-Chief, Bosco Wong

A graduate of English Literature from Oxford University, Bosco is currently pursuing an MA in Art Business with the aim of becoming an art advisor.

During his time at Oxford, Bosco was an active member of the arts community, serving as Music Editor for Phaser Magazine and the Cherwell. His leadership extended to the sports pitches, representing Hertford 1st XV and 1st XI as Club Secretary. Having left Hong Kong at the age of 13, Bosco maintains a special interest in postcolonial narratives and cultural heritage, putting academic theory to good use as the student union's Internationals Officer. He continues to attend debates at the Oxford Union and Law Society, although he takes more pride in his DJing skills, having performed amongst the dinosaurs at the Natural History Museum and even aboard a night-cruise on the Thames.

Prior to joining Sotheby's Institute Bosco worked as a strategy consultant, and founded the Oxford Students Wine Society—an ambitious expansion of his previous work at events company WokeWines. Designed as a disruptor to traditional societies, his team offered an accessible, student-first alternative; within one year of launch the venture hosted three large-scale wine tastings and secured a partnership for a college ball. Bosco continues to advise WokeWines' signature events, including a 2000-person festival at Ashton Court Estate and most recently Clapham Common. In particular he helps the company champion artistic expression by providing a platform for performance artists and emerging musicians.

When not playing devil's advocate in seminars or chasing the MIB team for article updates, Bosco can be found at the V&A or Wallace Collection by day, and the Royal Opera House or Emirates Stadium by night. As this year's Editor-in-Chief for MADE IN BED, he aims to bring a balance of critique and appreciation for the cultural pillars of London and the global art world.
