Xenia Chudinova, Features Co-Editor
Favourite Artwork: My artistic interests are constantly evolving, making it difficult to name a single favourite. I’m drawn to artists such as J.M.W. Turner, The Mouth of the Grand Canal, 1832, Vhils, and Seiji Yoshimuro for their ethereal qualities, as well as Leonor Fini and Lee Yoo Tae for their nuanced approach to portraiture and the human form.
Favourite place in London: The Royal Academy of Art
Fun Fact: I love studying different languages and uncovering the underlying connections we share through
them

MADE IN BED proudly introduces our newest Features Co-Editor, Xenia Chudinova!
Born in Norway and raised in Portugal, I have always pursued my studies with aspirations toward the artistic field, recently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Design in Porto. I am particularly fascinated by the intersections between different artistic disciplines, especially how they influence and inform one another.
With a strong interest in curatorial practices spanning design and fine art, I have taken part in courses with Daniel Baumann in collaboration with Casa de São Roque and have assisted in gallery settings. Drawn to the space between ethnography and art, I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Fine and Decorative Art and Design. I am excited to merge my past experiences with new perspectives and contribute meaningful, thoughtful material to the Features section.
